In order to evaluate work of a software developer, just ask,

1. Is your work blocked any others work(dependencies)
2. No.of defects identified on your work

Debugging

While debugging the code, some times we will come across some file which needs "Edit Source Path". Then we need to select the appropriate folder(mostly till root, not to the immediate parent folder)

Remote Desktop Connection

While connecting to a remote computer through RDC make sure that you have selected the right domain:
